Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind. No reason required. If your order arrives in several shipments, the 14 days start from the day you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear message to saga@sagasportsgroup.com before the 14 days expire. You can use the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.

Returns

Once you have told us you are withdrawing, you have a further 14 days to send the product back to:

You pay the cost of returning the item. Include your order number so we can identify the shipment.

Condition of the product

You are welcome to inspect the ball the way you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that and has lost value as a result, we may deduct the reduction in value from your refund.

Refunds

We refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that it has been sent. The refund goes back to the payment method you used.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact saga@sagasportsgroup.com with your order number and a photo. We cover return shipping in those cases, and you are entitled to a replacement or a refund under Danish consumer law.

Complaints

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you can take it to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk, or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
