Prices

All prices are shown in Danish kroner and include 25% Danish VAT. For orders shipped outside the EU, VAT is deducted at checkout. Import duties and local taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders

A binding agreement is made when you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or is no longer available.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. The amount is charged when the order is placed. All payment data is handled by our payment provider. We do not store card details.

Right of complaint

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act you have a two-year right of complaint on defects that were present at the time of delivery. This does not cover wear and tear from normal use. Contact saga@sagasportsgroup.com with your order number.
